Super EFA Capsules contains the essential omega-3 fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) from anchovy and sardine oils. Because humans cannot synthesize them, omega-3s must be continuously provided in the diet. Fish oil supports cardiovascular health by reducing blood triglycerides and improving endothelial function.
