 Holistic is a term used to characterize the treatment of someone or thing by taking into account social, mental, and environmental factors as well as physical symptoms of a disease.  It emphasizes the interdependence of the parts of an organism.  It is all about getting to the root of an issue rather than putting a band-aid over its symptoms.  Regarding health hacks that are considered holistic, in this article I am going to outline a variety of ways to supplement your daily routines with preventative practices so that you can align your mind and body with healing resources.  This will promote a synergy of all factors necessary to keep your body and spirit functioning optimally.
 
     
Incorporate essential oils into your daily routines.
